Do you offer international shipping?
No. Aura Labs ships within Spain only.
What are your shipping rates?
We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of €22 on all orders across Spain. Free shipping on all orders over €80.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Most orders dispatch within 24 hours. Delivery typically ranges from 1–3 days (same-day dispatch) depending on your location in Spain.

Aura Labs currently accepts debit or credit card or crypto (USDC & USDT) with a 15% product-subtotal discount. for Madrid is coming soon.

Do you offer refunds?
